1 ST JUNE 2025.

1 ST JUNE 2025.

Not a bad day, just a bit windy. No scores above the thirties today but everyone seemed to have enjoyed it.

The next shoot is the Waterloo competition for members but visitors are welcome. Shoot round as usual; members with be assigned either the English or French side to fight for. This is done in a random fashion so you cannot choose for yourself or your friends. The total score by each side will be added up and the best three shots on the winning side will be handed prizes at the following shoot.

We will be holding a raffle on the 15 th June, (next shoot day) so bring along a prize if you can, we have some cartridges, Quality Street, bottles of beer, Jack Daniels, wine and other small prizes so far.

On the last Sunday in June which is the 5th Sunday this month we are holding an extra shoot in aid of Manorlands, as we usually do. People requested last year that we didn’t hold it in July/August when folks were on holiday so we are trying it in June this time. We sent £2,000 to them from the Bronte Vintage Gathering so let us try to add some more for them. Everyone is welcome to come along, both members and visitors.

The Alan Hayes Cup will be decided and presented at the following shoot, it can only be won once to give all members chance to take it home until the next Manorlands

shoot.
