I was so glad that so many of the members and visitors to the club turned out on such a cold day to give our traditional two-shot salute to a member, Colin Wheater, who died very suddenly, Colin was only in his mid sixties. A bit cold but then it is November. Quite a few people commented on how good the shooting layout was, with a lot of variety and both easy and harder stands. Some sad news, Colin Wheater has passed away. He will be laid to rest at Oakworth Crematorium oon Wenesday the 12th November at 1 p.m. The service will be followed by a few drinks at the Conservative Club in Cullingworth. What a good day we had on Sunday for the Battle of Trafalgar competition shoot! We had a really good turnout of folks and were brought some lovely raffle prizes. The raffle draw was at 11.30 and we were just in time finishing folding the ticket stubs. There are three prizes unclaimed and the numbers are 166, 296 and 185. We raised £95 for Manorlands.
