2nd March 2025.

Another busy day at Foreside Top with plenty of shooters both members and visitors. Some good scores were put in and everyone enjoyed the morning. We were complimented on our friendly and helpful ways which was lovely to know. Making folks welcome and seeing that there is someone for them to shoot round with if they come alone is what we like to do. The farmers were busy with the sheep, pregnancy testing apparently. One of our members is arranging for materials to come to repair the track up to the shoot to make it less bumpy and we hope there will be a few volunteers to help with that. We have had a contractor in the past do this yearly job but that is a very expensive way. I used to dig the ditches out but too long in the tooth to do that any more.

It seems a long time till the Bronte Vintage Gathering but we are busy getting the Insurance and Police certificate to run it and everyone is keen to raise as much money as possible for Manorlands. Please let me know if you can help as it takes quite a few of us to run the event.
