We had visitors from Spooners Industries Ltd in Ilkley who were not regular shooters but said they had enjoyed the experience and would be coming again sometime in the future.

It was quite a busy day but it went well as we had the practice stand in use to give the new to shooting people plenty of time for instruction and help. We don’t charge for lessons.

There were some good scores put in and several people had a second round to see if they could obtain an even better score.

The cost to shoot for members is sadly going up because of rising costs. It will be £12 as

usual if you bring your own fibre wad cartridges or £27 if want cartridges included. We do our best to keep your shoot costs as low as possible and what we make goes back into the club to keep our equipment in good order. Anything we have to spare we give to the Manorlands Hospice in Oxenhope.

Here is a photo of John being awarded his cup, well done John.

Our next raffle for Manorlands will be in October when we have our Trafalgar

Competition.
