We had a good shoot on Sunday with some birds turning out to be harder than expected owing to changes in the weather after setting up had been done. One member still managed to score 42 on his second round. We had some new folks come on a visit while they are staying with a friend who is a member and they said they had really enjoyed it. One person who is waiting for his first certificate to arrive came and he says he will certainly be back. We also had two young children to have a little go with the .410 and to button and mark for Dad. We had a raffle to add to our funds to do the track which we are going to do in the Spring. We were advised not to do it yet in case we have deep snow which when it melted would probably wash away a lot of the stone but you can still drive up if you wish.

FREE SHOOT FOR MEMBERS.

Our next shoot will be the last of the year and so trophies, medals etc will be given out to the first three in each class. Members will only pay for any cartridges they require but not a shoot fee. That is your Christmas present from the club. Membership is staying at £40 in 2023 so we hope everyone will renew it early in the year. Some grounds expect you to organize your own insurance but we prefer to make sure by paying for all members and visitors to be insured. Keeping you all safe and sound is a priority for us. It is expensive but worthwhile.
