Last Shoot

The weather was really, really hot on the last Sunday shoot, more knobbly knees and white skinny legs around than I have ever seen before. Down to T-shirts as well, not our usual attire. My first time ever in a pair of trainers. We had several regulars missing as they were all self isolating, not down with the virus itself. The shoot went well and everyone said they had enjoyed it. As our cartridges were “self isolating” with their guardian I dashed off and bought some but forgot to take some 20g and 410 cartridges to the shoot from my own stock. Sorry about that to the chap who brought his 20 bore along. No one asked me about the gadget we found at the previous shoot so I still have it at home. A lady asked if she could come and bring some friends to have a shoot and of course we said she would be welcome as we could do with a few more women shooting. The Pool Shoot is still going in classes so that at least three people have a chance of winning something. Our next big competition for members is not until October when it is The Trafalgar Shoot.
