SUNDAY 7TH AUGUST 2022

It was calm and everything was set up ready for the shooters. Then the wind got up, the clays that were low went lower, the high birds went wherever they felt like, some pairs travelling close together. One shooter shot all 10 on a stand with five cartridges they were so close, but not for his pals, those clays flew somewhere else. Low scores but everyone was laughing and saying they had enjoyed it which is our aim, enjoyment. It was good to see our visitors from Batley Shoot, you were very welcome and we hope to see you again. I have been trying to locate some rabbit clays but no luck so far but we hope to have rabbits again soon.
